regarding Chapter 18: Signalized Intersections

For a crosswalk at an intersection with 2 right-turn islands, where should crossing distance be measured from? There seems to be two options: 1) from curb ramp to curb ramp, including the distance crossing the channelized RT lanes; or 2) from RT island to RT island.

Can you clarify the context in which you are referring to "crossing distance?" I believe the only specific use of that phrase is on Page 18-20 in the discussion of the "Pedestrian Clear" input, but the question may be referring instead to an element of the pedestrian LOS methodology.
