regarding Chapter 20: All-way Stop-Controlled Intersections

The last row of the table shown in Step 9 of the Example Problem 1 (page 20-25) listed the h(base) as 7.0 for i = 7. By referring to the table on page 20-24, the "DOC Case number" for i = 7 is determined as 3. Based on Exhibit 20-14 (page 20-15), the "Base Saturation headway", h(base) associated with DOC Case 3 and Geometry Group 1 is 5.8, not 7.0. Please clarify.
Also, i = 7 refers to the situation where conflicting vehicle exits on the right approach. This situation can not be existed for EB approach. Why is this included in the table on page 20-25?
