Incorrect left movement group results

regarding Chapter 18: Signalized Intersections

In our HCM analysis of a signalized intersection we came across an issue. We are unsure if this is a technical software issue with the HCS 2010 software we are using, or something within the lead/lag phase methodology. (We have contacted McTrans for support). When we input all of our intersection information, the movement group results output shows a WBL adjusted flow rate of 0 veh/hr (demand was 175 veh/hr) and all other movement group results are either 0 or blank. We found that if we switch the lag phase to the EB, the results appear for the WBL but the movement group results for the EBL then has all of the 0s and blanks. Does this sound like a methodology issue, or just a software problem?

McTrans resolved this question on August 5 with changes in the input data, which initially included free right turns coded as RTOR and phase split values less than minimums. Once corrected, all results computed properly.
