Adjustment for Driver Population - Airport Traffic?
I have a query regarding “Adjustment for Driver Population” as covered on Page 11-18 of Volume 2.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what adjustment factor(s) could be used in the case of a section of freeway which includes the access to/from a major international airport?
In addition to “regular drivers” (eg. employees of the airport and nearby businesses, and those who are regular fliers), there would also be “occasional / infrequent / stressed” users of the airport driving in this section of freeway.
