Road classification for flyover

regarding Chapter 16: Urban Street Facilities

I have this difficulty on what method to use because i dont know what road type is a flyover/overpass. Please help.

In fact, long tunnel or bridges segments are included on the "limitation item" at the uninterrupted flow methods. However, when we have to deal with them, we use the method correspondent to the roadway characteristics observed, which generally results on: Basic freeway segments, Ramps, Weavings or Freeway Facilities. Of course that if intersections exist, they must be considered.
