regarding Chapter 10: Freeway Facilities

Is there a new version of FREEVAL available with all the updates/bug fixes? If so, where is it. I can't find it in the ZIP file that is online.

FREEVAL uses the format used by Excel 2007 and later (specifically, .xslm). Behind the scenes, this file format is really a zip file that contains the spreadsheet information in various documents within the archive, but it's not intended to be used as a traditional zip file. However, because it uses the zip format, some web browsers try opening it as a zip file instead of as an Excel file. There are some things from the website's end that the HCM webmaster implemented last weekend that fixed this problem for some users, and he's now looking into what more can be done to get the file to open correctly for all users.

We get a runtime error if we try to analyze only one time period.

Any one had the same problem?

I am trying to obtain the FREEVAL computational engine. Where is the link for downloading it?
